PRICING AND DEPOSITS:

Item Prices - Pricing may be subject to change. A deposit will guarantee your price unless otherwise stated at the time when your order is placed.  This includes any current outstanding orders.

Pre-Order Prices - Deposits hold your place in the order queue and guarantee the price to you unless otherwise stated at the time when your order is placed.  If you request a refund, a $50.00 administration fee may apply.

Special Orders - Deposits are required on Special Order items and will be subject to a re-stocking fee if you cancel your order. Always confirm details at the time of your order.

PRICE MATCH POLICY

StillWater Adventures will endeavor to provide you the best price on the market. If you see your future purchase in stock anywhere in Canada (priced in CAD) from an Authorized Dealer, we will do our absolute best to match that price.  To take full advantage of the price match, provide us with reference (website link, location) as to where you saw the better price and we will endeavor to match it.  Price match policy does not apply to sale, closeout, or end of season sale prices.

All price match sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds are applicable after invoicing. In the case of defects or manufacturing issues, standard return policy will be applicable.
